About NRP Properties

NRP Properties was founded by a team of UK-based Pakistani professionals who experienced firsthand the immense frustration, anxiety, and financial loss involved in managing family property in Pakistan from abroad.

Whether it was trying to collect rent, deal with unauthorized occupants (encroachment), verify old inheritance documents, or sell a family home after a bereavement, the options were bleak: rely on busy relatives on the ground, fly back and forth at significant expense, or risk being exploited by local agents.

We built NRP Properties to change this. We created a official, transparent, and professional bridge between the UK and Pakistan. With a registered office in London coordinating with our dedicated team of on-ground specialists and property managers in Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad, we handle everything locally so our clients never have to travel.

Over the past 12 years, we have grown from a small family advisory into a trusted firm managing over 500 properties and resolving hundreds of property disputes for UK-based Non-Resident Pakistanis.
