Terms of Service

Welcome to NRP Properties. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

Every service we perform (sale, rental, Encroachment Recovery, inheritance, documentation) requires a separate, signed service agreement. This agreement specifies the scope of work, fees, timeline, and exact requirements. No work begins in Pakistan until the service agreement is signed and the deposit is paid.

2. Written Authorization (WRITTEN CONSENT)

To perform services on your behalf, you must grant a Written Authorization (WRITTEN CONSENT) specifically scoped for the property and service. You agree to provide true, accurate details for this WRITTEN CONSENT. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccuracies in NADRA databases or embassy appointments.

3. Fees & Payments

Fees are outlined in your service agreement. Standard terms are:

• Management fees for rental: Deducted monthly from rental collections.
• Documentation fees: Fixed upfront charge.
• Sale commission/fee: Agreed percentage or fixed fee, paid upon Bayana (deposit) or final Registry transfer.
• All official fees and government duties (taxes, registry fees) are documented and paid by the client.

4. Liability & Guarantees

We act as your representative using professional expertise and diligence. While we have an 85%+ success rate for Encroachment Recovery and property sales, registry authority cases and government transfers are subject to official boards and official decisions. We do not guarantee specific registry authority timelines or outcomes, but we promise regular representation and updates.

5. Governing Rule

These Terms of Service and any service agreements signed in the UK are governed by the rules of England and Wales. Official representations and land actions executed in Pakistan are governed by the relevant land and civil rules of the Traditional Inheritance Republic of Pakistan.
